The hotel had amazing gardens with comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was excellent, with traditional German options and friendly staff. It was in a great location with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas.
The walk to the town center was a bit lengthy, so it might not be the best option for those with mobility challenges. the beds and pillows were not very comfortable, which made for an unpleasant sleeping experience.

The hotel is nicely located a 10 minute walk from the center of scenic Eltville am Rhein and the Bahnhof. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and the hotel has free parking and and a very nice breakfast buffet. The staff were most pleasant. It would be a good base for sightseeting in the Rheingau.

The breakfast had a nice spread and was tasty. the staff were helpful and polite with their greetings. the location was good, near a main street and with a nice view of the surrounding area.
The room was a bit too small for our liking. And there was noise in the corridors during xmas, which made it hard for us to sleep.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and the delicious breakfast served by the friendly staff. The location of the hotel was perfect being close to the river and within walking distance of the downtown area. Hotel facilities were fantastic and the parking was convenient.

The hotel is located in a quiet area amidst vineyards. You can take a 15-20 minute walk down to the riverside promenade and downtown area, or enjoy a short drive there. the room is comfortable and has an en-suite bathroom, but the views are not particularly memorable. Breakfast is included and has a good variety of traditional German dishes.
The parking lot is not very large and it can sometimes be a challenge to find the right spot.
